TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!
Victory Performance and Physical Therapy was founded by Dr. Santo Riva, board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, sports physical therapist and adjunct instructor of clinical physical therapy at the USC Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy.
Santo Riva, DPT
Owner and Physical Therapist
Dr. Riva is passionate about helping people move pain-free and optimally. He understands and is sensitive to the emotional toll that accompanies not being able to perform daily activities of living. He inspires to change the general public’s perception of physical therapy as only sought out when already in pain and he hopes to promote a shift in reactive physical therapy utilization to a more proactive approach. .
Damien Jackson-Ricketts, DPT
Damien graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Health & Society in 2013 before receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2017. He then enrolled in the rigorous yearlong orthopaedic residency program at USC, finishing in August 2018. During the residency, he assisted with teaching in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at USC, engaged in various continuing education courses, and received extensive mentorship from expert orthopaedic physical therapists and physicians.
He enjoys working with people of all backgrounds to help them return to the sports or activities that they love. In his free time, he can be found mountain biking, hiking, camping, surfing, weightlifting, playing volleyball or just spending time outdoors.
