Class Subscription Odds And Ends

 Monthly Class subscriptions are paid in advance on the first of each month. The first payment may be prorated for the duration of the first month of purchase. Subscriptions are paid for on the first day of each month via automatic debited payment (credit card, debit card, or automatic checking account draft). 

 Subscription contract members are required to keep a current credit card on file. By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder gives permission to the Victory Performance staff to charge the card for any auto-debit subscription costs and/or cancellation fees accrued in accordance with the Victory Performance, cancellation policy detailed below.

 In the event of a declined credit card/debit card, the subscription will be immediately suspended, pending the client updating their payment information and their past dues paid in full.

 FREEZE POLICY: Subscriptions may be put on hold in one-month increments. A fee of $28 will be charged per freeze request. Notice of intent to freeze one’s account must be submitted to Victory Performance at info@victoryperformancept.com no less than seven (7) business days prior to the next billing payment. The freeze request must state both the freeze start date and reactivation date. Subscribers who provide insufficient notice cannot be guaranteed a timely stop on billing. Clients will not be billed for subscriptions during the freeze months. Billing will resume automatically upon end of freeze months.

 Booking and Cancellation Policies

 RESERVING CLASSES: Clients are solely responsible for the booking and cancelling of their classes. You may book or cancel by phone (call/text) or by email at info@victoryperformancept.com. 

 CANCELLATIONS: Due to limited availability, we request that cancellations are done at least 48 hours before a scheduled group class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot in a reasonable amount of time and ensures that we don’t turn away a committed client that is interested in joining a full class. 

 In the event that you cancel within 48 hours to a high demand class (at capacity 48 hours before its scheduled time), a late cancel fee at the drop-in price of the class will be applied to your account. This policy is set in place for preventive action. We highly value our clients, therapists, and instructors time and efforts.

 Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel this Subscription Agreement at any time. You must provide Victory Performance with notice via e-mail, call or text no less than ten (10) business days prior to the due date of your next billing payment. All subscription billing payments will be charged the first of each month. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge for the full amount of your next billing payment. The cancellation will take affect the subsequent month. If, at the time of your cancellation notice, you have an outstanding balance owed to Victory Performance, this amount must be paid in full in order for the Subscription Agreement to be considered cancelled. In the event that you fail to pay outstanding amounts owed, your subscription will be considered suspended. Victory Performance reserves the right to pursue additional avenues or means to receive monies owed.

 As stated before, we highly value our clients and instructors. We have these guidelines and policies in place to ensure everything runs smoothly on both of our ends.
