No Gym, No Problem

2020 has sure been a crazy year. A year that you could not have possibly planned for. However, if we have learned anything from this year is that we need to take our health and wellbeing into our own hands.

This was the year we were going to be in the gym every day and perhaps up until March you were. But then life had other plans in the form of corona. All of a sudden the things we normally would do for exercise were taken from us. Gyms closed then opened then closed again.

Made it difficult to stick to a workout plan and stay motivated to workout from home. Well, what makes you think that 2021 will be any different? You know better now.

You know that you need to be prepared.

How can you be prepared to stay in shape this year without knowing if you can make it to the gym or not?

Well for starters you can join our 14 Day Mobility Challenge in December. Join a group of people dedicated to working on improving their mobility and body control for just 10 minutes a day. The best part about it, you can do it anywhere with little to no equipment. As well as we have some incredible instructors who hold classes 2x a week to help you regain mobility and control of that 2020 quarantine bod.

You can also look into hiring a personal trainer. Our personal trainers can do in-person sessions or online sessions and can customize a workout that fits your situation and needs.

Whatever goals you have this year the Team at Victory is here to support you. However, if you are going to be successful in 2021 you need to start now.

After all, it was Abraham Lincoln who said if you give me 8 hours to chop down a tree, I will spend 6 hours sharpening the ax. Meaning if you are looking to create a new you in 2021 you need to spend more time preparing! Time to start preparing now!
