SPORTS MASSAGE

Our Sports Massage sessions incorporate hands on massage techniques with movement - allowing us to get into muscles that normal types of massage are never able to hit.

If you’re an athlete or an active person and you’re looking to recover faster, ease stiff or painful muscles, get out of pain, and/or want to move better, this is for you!

Sessions may include techniques such as:

  • active release

  • cupping

  • graston /gua-sha

  • soft tissue mobilization

  • deep tissue massage

  • movement with mobilization

Collaboration and communication of needs is welcomed OR just tell us your aches/pains/goals and we’ll assess and do our thing.

We offer 55-minute sessions.
