To me this means we should do more of the things we love, with the people we love.

Which can be easier said than done in this stressful chaotic world.

Here is the secret... NOT EVERYTHING IS AN EMERGENCY.

Even when it feels like it.

I can promise you the email you need to reply to, meeting on your schedule, project you need to finish or errands on your list will still be there tomorrow.

So here is your reminder to do more of those things you love with the ones you love.

After all you can't pour from an empty cup.

Helping feed the hungry these holidays. Do something good for yourself and your community by coming to class! Bring a friend, like I said above, spend more time doing the things you love with the people you love while supporting a good cause!
